Expose opens the moment when control begins to fracture, revealing the bodies, nerves, and stories behind the polished surface of the plate.

Beneath the fragments, hidden words emerge: fatigue, pride, anger, longing. Break reveals the fragile surface of perfection and the human experience concealed behind the ritual of presentation.

Remnants of the kitchen begin to transform. What remains is not discarded but returned. Slowly, waste becomes new substance. Compost treats experience as material: pressure, exhaustion, and memory decompose, merge, and become a ground from which something else can grow.

1st phase just startet. It takes time from 2025 to 2026 to gather all participants and specialists from the topics. In the first phase we prototype a new scolarship along the value chain of food with transdisiplinary approach.

2nd phase will run from 2026 to 2027 and lead to clear out all the legal details, manifesting a handbook and timeline for further steps.

3rd phase is characterised through the implementation of a pilot scholar class- it will take three years to monitor the output.

Within this project, we keep asking and listening. The output and harvest of this project will be visuable after 2030.
